01 / The problem

Give every agent a bounded job.

Multiple research and engineering workflows need useful automation without allowing an agent to silently cross its assigned authority or perform offensive actions.

Role & responsibility

Designed and built the internal agent operating layer, including department boundaries, approval gates and a strict no-offensive-automation rule.

Verified result

A documented internal operating layer exists; private implementation metrics and live operational details are not published.

02 / Solution

Architecture & workflow

Python-based department agents sit behind permission profiles and approval gates; each workflow is scoped to research, lead generation, bug-bounty scoping or engineering work.

Technical implementation

  • Separated eight department responsibilities into explicit agent profiles.
  • Added approval checkpoints around actions that require owner judgment.
  • Kept offensive automation outside the system's allowed behavior.

Key engineering decisions

  • Fail closed when a workflow lacks the required permission or approval.
  • Make the agent's scope legible before any handoff or action.

Completed deliverables

  • Eight scoped department agents
  • Permission profiles
  • Approval-gated workflows
  • Sanitized internal documentation
